Application:

CAM coating is used as a complete protection solution to enhance corrosion resistance for reinforcement in concrete against the effects of environmental intrusion

For the protection of steelwork exposed in aggressive environments such as:

• Offshore structures
• Chemical and petrochemical plants.
• Pulp and paper mills
• Power plants

Directions for use:

• Mix ratio A : B = 4 : 1
• Mix of two components by hand or machine yields a thixotropic compound that is easy to apply to the reinforcing steel with a brush.
• Reinforcement must be cleaned dirt, grease, rust (rust cleaned by mechanical or chemical)
• Apply two layer to achieve a total thickness of 1.8-2.0mm (dosage using 3.6-4.0 kgs/m² reinforced), the second layer can be applied as soon as the first is dry enough to be wiped.
